So big shout out to chis from the parts counter, he has helped me sooo much with my truck from being broke down to stolen and I needed advice and parts today he saved my life by helping me get a new battery and a better one at that! Great store to find a lot of your automotive needs. Jim at the parts desk is phenomenal! Rare to find that level of service and helpfullness nowadays! Very helpful and genuinely kind guy who has a lot of auto knowledge. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store for your auto needs.

I called ever part store in Red Deer and not a single person could even find a part number for me. I went to Napa and the first gentleman I was dealing with had trouble like everyone else finding it, but instead of giving up he asked a co worker and they worked together to find the right part for me! They are very knowledgeable and wise if you need parts for anything I would highly recommend calling Napa first to completely avoid waisted time with other part stores.

I've been going to Andy and Gary at NAPA for the better part of a decade, ever since I decided to buy fords and could only afford to do my own work. They have knowledgeable, friendly staff and always get what you need. It's rare to see such great service these days.

Went to Napa to buy a starter. Bought one that should work and didn’t. Went back and the lady who helped us took the time to research and search boxes to find one that matched. Very thankful for her time and she efforts in helping us get the right starter.

The delivery team at Part Source in Red Deer is absolutely amazing! They are efficient, friendly and recently have been going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need! Special shout out to Devon and Andrew for always coming in with a smile and great, friendly attitude!

An employee named Chad provided exceptional customer service to my wife and I.He came out to check the gas cap ,installed the new one and even took the time to reset the sensor,as he said that would cost us more time. He said that if we had any problems to come back. If i could give him 6 stars I would.

Awesome service! Just picked up new windshield wiper blades and of course the connector needed to be the right size. A quick exchange and help from Gabe all is good!
