Both my visits to the Red Deer Sewing Center since it has changed ownership I experienced excellent customer service from Walley and his staff. The level of customer service I received was far beyond my expectations. Their prices are very reasonable and have an excellent turn around time on sewing machine repairs.

Went in looking for special sewing machine needles for a friend. Found something suitable. Then bought bobbins and needles for my own 50 year old sewing machines. It is wonderful to be able to get parts and repairs for such a wide range of machines...new and old.

The customer service and wealth of knowledge the owners have is outstanding. Their machines are very high quality and prices are very reasonable. I appreciate their classes too as I am still a beginner. Do not hesitate to visit as they will not disappoint!

Everyone was very helpful in giving tips and making sure I had everything I needed. As a relatively new stitcher, this place will be my go-to. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service, the owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the sewing machine and very approachable. Ang galing! Everything that we need to start our small business even wala sila stocks they make sure to order it and makuha nmen on time.

Brought my wife’s sewing machine in for service. Al looked at, spent about 30 minutes in there and he tuned the sewing machine up adjusting what needed to be adjusted and explained to me what to do and not to do. Thing runs like a charm. I’m totally impressed, if you have sewing machine questions or issues that’s the guy you want.

The only repair guy to see in Red Deer but be prepared to wait as well, but he is worth it!! Always friendly & professional and understands our attachments to our babies!!

Wonderful, honest and helpful! Greatly appreciated, I highly recommend! After a near disaster at a different sewing center, Al was a life saver for my machine.
