Great reliable place to service your car esp foreign vehicles. The mechanic diagnosed the problem fast and Kyla (the front desk lady) was great and friendly. She even made sure she checked the car herself to make sure all was good, called back the mechanic to help with an extra issue that wasn't even on the program. And the best part, the price was very reasonable. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and again thanks Kyla and AEM.

Went in for a battery programming. Got the car back fully washed, free of charge. Thorough inspection, concluded with recommended work to be done which is accurate. Very trustworthy place to bring your euro. Super friendly staff. It was truly a pleasure bringing our car here. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic service. My muffler unexpectedly went. Called Brad at Big Auto Guys, got a quick quote and was invited to drop the truck off and they would get to it soonest. Within two hours, back in action. Wonderfully professional, good humoured and honest! For car work, unquestionably the place in Red Deer. Thanks Big Auto Guys!

I recently had a regulator replaced. Brad and his team were amazing. They were able to get me in quickly, efficiently did the work and were incredibly friendly. Fair and honest pricing! I will definitely be back for future business.

Love these guys. Nicest mechanics I've ever met, always make sure I'm aware of issues but never any pressure like I've experienced with dealerships. Highly recommend.

Shop and waiting/reception area was clean. Apologized for the coffee that was not available that day. Will return in the future.

Mikasa is just the best! I feel they always do their best and will bend backwards to accommodate us. They do a fantastic job! I love that they also give me a super clean car back! This is a business with integrity and love for their work. I trust them to take care of our car!
