We are so satisfied with our renovation that Alair completed. The staff at Alair were easy to reach at all times and the trades were very respectful and accommodating given we were living in the home while it was being renovated. The budget was agreed upon early in the process and was adhered to. Scheduling was updated regularly so that we knew what to expect. Never did we think a full main floor renovation, which included moving the kitchen and walls would be completed in 10 weeks. The quality of work is exactly as high as we hoped when hiring Alair. It feels like a new house but still in the location that we love. A big thanks to all the staff at Alair for their work in our home and behind the scenes.

We should have written this review over two years ago, but here we are! We used Alair to put an addition on our new to us dream home that was just missing a pantry and mudroom. The work Alair did was 10/10 and over two years later we are still just as happy with the space as we were the day they finished up. We had a couple small concerns during the process that we brought up to Mike and he made sure to make everything right, right away. Mike was great as our project manager and we always felt like he listened to us and made time to keep us updated on the project. Owners Nate and Derek both showed up to our job site with their tool belts on when mold was found on an existing exterior wall and remediated and repaired the issue, and there was no delay to the project moving forward. We cannot recommend Alair enough and will absolutely be using them for any future projects we may have.

Our experience with Alair was excellent. They understood what we wanted and helped us to work within our budget, from the up front design and scope meetings right through to the end of the project. We were able to see in real time what was being spent which helped to manage the budget. We trusted their knowledge when it came to any recommendations because they have so much hands on, trade experience. Our home was well built and done on time. We would highly recommend working with Alair.

We have had the pleasure of having True-Line build our last two homes. They are wonderful to work with, all the way from the office staff, Nabil in sales, Andrea in design and Derek & Ernie our site supervisors. The whole team is so professional and they hire only the best trades around. We have built four different homes with different builders in Red Deer and True-Line was by far the best! They keep their building site clean, they are quick to respond to any questions and concerns. We were given keys to our home so we could look in on the build at anytime. Most builders have you make an appointment to view your home under construction. They are very responsive in helping to solve any issues after we moved in. All warranty work was done quickly and to our satisfaction. Thank you True-Line.
