I am extremely satisfied with the daycare services provided here. All educators are well-informed and supportive of my child's development and are always ready to help in any matter concerning the child. This is one of the few daycare workers who spend time outside twice a day, and I am very grateful for this because fresh air is extremely important for children in their healthy development. My son is always reluctant to leave when I pick him up, which speaks volumes about the care and attention he receives. In the mornings, he is eager and happy to go, making the drop-off process smooth and stress-free. The children genuinely enjoy their time at this daycare. Additionally, all the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any concerns or questions related to the children. Thank you for the care and concern you provide. Highly recommended!

My son started in the baby room and is now in the pre-k room! We love, love this daycare. All the caregivers are kind knowledgeable and and supportive to my child’s development and care. Most importantly when I drop off my child he is safe and cared for. I love walking into the daycare knowing the educators. It’s a small town feel with a fantastic program focused lots of play time outside time and crafts and fun learning! Also the meals are healthy well rounded meals cooked on site and smell delicious!

The director, assistant director and staff of this daycare are wonderful. They've created a very warm and inviting atmosphere for families. The level of personal attention and care received here far exceeds what we experienced at other daycares. The curriculum includes creative art projects and educational games that have really helps my son develop new skills. I value how the staff make an effort to thoroughly explain the strategies they’re using for my son's care.

We were hesitant to put our kiddo in the care of others, but Alphabet Daycare South couldn't have been a better choice. All the workers are so caring and kind, and really focus on every child's individual needs. They take the time to get to know your family and address any questions or concerns with compassion and professionalism. Our kiddo comes home (tired) but happy every day spent here and always appears well looked after. Highly recommend this team of wonderful caregivers!

My son's have been attending Alphabet Daycare for over a year, and they love it. All the staff are amazing and wonderful. It is such a wonderful place. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone seeking child care in Red Deer. Cosi, the director, and all the staff go above and beyond.

We couldn't be happier with Alphabet Day Care. Miss Cosi is one of nicest persons we have met. She is extremely helpful and very attentive. Her staff are also very caring and always give 100% to their job. I give them a 5 star+.
