I have a security system through RD Lock & Safe. They have been wonderful to deal with and the monitoring has been great. I added a CO detector without problem after all was installed. Thank God I did as it saved my families lives when our furnace room filled with CO due to a stuck valve on the hot water tank. I would highly recommend this company but also getting a monitored CO detector installed along with the alarm system! Everyone has been fantastic to deal with!

We at Rocky Mountain Phoenix Inc. cannot recommend Red Deer Lock and Safe enough! From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on updating our security systems. They installed top-of-the line systems efficiently and explained operations thoroughly. Their customer service is outstanding; they're always responsive and ready to assist with any inquiries or issues.

So helpful and knowledgeable !!!! Mike and the team did an amazing job of installing our new security system and are always quick to help us out if we have any questions ! We feel so much better with their equipment in our store :)

We're new here and the guy that was in there (I'm assuming the owner) was fast, funny, inexpensive and all around helpful. 10/10 would 100% recommend (and I already have) :)

They're a real nice couple I like the store something special about it then again would be the couple you're good and a quick they're not a problem and thank you for that

Russ and his team are awesome to deal with, affordable and efficient. If you need locks changed quickly or a custom key system designed I’d highly recommend the key hole.
