Great location in heart of James Bay, wonderful management team (Tabatha, Evelyn are great). It’s an older building so has some quirks relating to that but maintenance issues have always been dealt with quickly. Close to Thriftys, the ocean, downtown: I’ve loved living here for the past 3 years.

It has been a very positive experience to live in a Capreit building so far. I must say that all attending and team work are committed in high level. We strongly recommend Canadian Apartament Properties as a choice for your rental.

James Bay Square CAPREIT found us a suitable apartment in a difficult market. The off ice staff, Tabitha and Evelyn were consistently patient and professional with our repeated inquiries. Our requests since moving in to Kamel Point Village have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

YELLO ON YATES REVIEWS

Thanks for the BBQ feast today YELLO! We used to live in a condo on the same block with conflict among strata owners, guests, renters and the developer. The YELLO experience is a true upgrade. Full time staff here ensure building operations, security and maintenance are top notch. YELLO hosted events contribute to a strong sense of community and provide opportunities to meet more of your neighbours. Our puppies love it here too and are always happy to see Wanda and do tricks for some of her yummy treats.

Yello on Yates is an immaculately clean building from top to bottom. The decor throughout is modern and beautiful. The building is extremely safe and has amazing management that deeply care about the tenants’ security and comfort. The management is so friendly and helpful and are always available for their tenants. Im so happy I chose this as my home.

Good clean new luxury rentals. One of the best and well manage rental units. Great supporting staff and good nieghbours. Non smoking building makes an huge difference. Thanks for the good job during our stay!

TARA PLACE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I honestly loved living here! The staff are so nice and accommodating. I dealt a lot with Jess Lindsay and she was always so nice, professional and helpful! When I moved in the place was freshly painted and so clean. One evening my fridge broke down and the next morning they delivered and installed a brand new one. I was very impressed with how quick service was. Never had any issues living here and would recommended it to anyone. Neighbours were all very nice too.

The apartment itself is wonderful, offering a comfortable. and I want to express my deepest gratitude to property manager James, who patiently answered all my questions and gave us a lot of help. If you're seeking a place to call home that offers not only quality accommodations but also a supportive and caring community, I wholeheartedly recommend Tara Place Apartments.

I absolutely love my suite with Capreit! The building is clean, friendly, and the property managers are super kind and helpful when I need anything! I highly recommend joining the Capreit community.
