After a wonderful purchase experience with Jessica Our experience was marred by apparently a lack of liability insurance by the delivery company who refused to move any mattresses to other rooms I now are having to arrange some assistance To do that We paid a sixty dollar fee for removal that we are not using. I strongly suggest getting a new installation provider with better insurance Update in the end the delivery people were as helpful as possible under constraints of their insurance. I still think the ability to assist customers In moving items not being removed would have made the experience much less stressful Update I met another person who had the exact same experience it is a problem! Bad wood of mouth is something that should be addressed.

Finally, a mattress buying experience I am pleased to rave about! Owen was so kind, knowledgeable and had a zero-pressure approach to assisting us in our mattress search. He made sure we felt comfortable (pun intended!) trying numerous mattresses throughout the showroom. Based on our feedback, he would recommend another mattress to try until we narrowed it down to THE ONE. Thank you, Owen, for such an enjoyable experience! A+++.

I went in looking for a new mattress to replace an old one that was quite literally causing pain. Owen was very knowledgeable and low pressure, he offered a lot of great advice and gave options for low, mid and high budget ranges and assisted with finding the mattress that was going to work best within needs and budget. He was personable and friendly and it was an overall great experience.

Great experience ! We got our custom bed made for our van within 2 days ! Thank you so much for this high quality product! Update: after a few months using the bed, a part of the seam came undone. I called and she was more than willing to fix it. I brought it to her and she fixed it on the spot within minutes! Really grateful for this amazing customer service and her willingness to make her customers happy.

We needed custom marine grade foam for our sailboat v-berth and they had it finished in 2 days. They even put our cushion covers on for us. The bed is sooo comfortable. The excellent customer service was a bonus.

Foam Zone is an excellent business. I had two foam cushions replaced for our boat and Allan not only helped me select the right density etc but had them even sooner than promised! Thanks - I’ll be back.
