Wow what a job! We were renovating and our plans included enlarging some of our windows. We called three contractors. The windows were located three stories up. To top it off the at ground level below the windows had restricted access from the ground. One contractor looked at the job and disappeared never to be seen again. The other local company looked and with some prompting provided a quote for 50% more than Centra. As for Centra there field estimator Diego provided a written quote right on the spot. Saying that Centra had extensive experience with elevated work sites. Konnor and his crew made short work of a difficult job and it was carried out from start to finish in an safe, efficient, neat , tradesmen like manner. Chris the Victoria Installation manager moved heaven earth to accommodate our schedule. In short thank you to the whole Centra team you're awesome.

We are extremely happy with our new windows. From the consultation stage to the installation and clean up, everything went smoothly and effortlessly. Jonathan was very helpful and informative when we were shopping and making decisions, and the installation crew, Andrew, Danny, Justin, another Andrew and more were punctual, efficient, professional and friendly. Above all, we are so impressed with the quality of the windows. We thought all the windows were the same until we got our new Centra Windows installed. They keep the heat in, but magically block the heat from evening sun in the west facing windows, and they are beautiful. It is such a life-changing experience. Highly recommend Centra Windows to anyone who needs new windows!

Had an excellent experience installing 19 windows and 2 doors. Tony and team communicated well from quotation to end product. The installation crew was professional and independent. Very considerate and protected finishes during work and cleaned up daily. The results are fantastic and our house is so much more comfortable. Team was responsive to a few adjustments post install. Thanks VIW!

We wanted/needed new doors. I requested an estimate, and Martin Moreau was quick to reply... got the estimate (which turned to estimates); set the wheels in motion and have had four exterior doors installed. Martin offered excellent suggestions and the doors are in; the finishing is fabulous and I am impressed!

I had 8 windows replaced in my home for the Greener Homes program. I had a fantastic experience with Van Isle. Nate Wells was the sales person I dealt with. All of the staff I encountered were fantastic, organized, really helpful with providing clarification and information. Super organized, customer oriented and professional. The quality of the product is very good.

We just had three windows replaced in our basement area of our older house. We are extremely pleased with the colour match to our existing window trim. The installation team was professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. Our window openings are all different sizes and the installation went smoothly, even with the onsite adjustments that were needed.

Anatolii and his team were absolutely amazing! Professional and fast. We are renters and watching their installation, speed, communication and completion of the labor of install.. wow. Cleaned up as if they were never even here; except the amazing windows they left behind.
