3 Best Car Repair Shops in Victoria, BC

We have had an ongoing air conditioning issue with our Mercedes for three years and the place we had been going could not solve it. We decided to go to Progressive and from the first phone call they were motivated to get to the bottom of the problem. They created a plan of attack and were very transparent with explaining everything that they saw. They have told us they will do their best to uncover the issue. Their communication has been great and we look forward to continuing to work with them! Excellent service and knowledgeable staff!

Very happy with the service we received from Progressive! They were helpful in getting a diagnosis for the issue we were having with our BMW and were upfront with how much the cost would be. No upsell or surprises when it came time to pay. We had taken the car to the dealership prior and were still experiencing issues after they “fixed” it. We then brought it to Progressive and everything has been running smoothly since. Hopefully we won’t need it for a while but we will be back for any future maintenance.

I had the pleasure of taking my wife's car to these guy's last week. We were in a bit of a bind with our brakes. They fitted us into their busy schedule and replaced the rear rotors and pads and I was ready to go same day. What a fantastic place, great communication and very reasonable prices. No Marble coffee tables and fancy chrome coffee makers here - just a good old fashioned shop and honest workers that know their jobs. This is where I'm taking my cars in future.

I have been going to Budget on Douglas and Bay for many years. It's the only place I will bring my vehicle. They are very friendly, honest, hard working and professional. No matter how busy they are, they always take the time to explain things thoroughly. They have helped me out when I've had time restraints and I really appreciated it.
