Best Custom Cabinets in Victoria, BC

We had a very positive experience working with Urbana Kitchens in Victoria. Jenna, the kitchen designer, was outstanding: helpful, courteous, and detail-oriented; she offered prompt and specific guidance about design features, and she took impeccable measurements. The installation of the counter tops and cabinetry went smoothly. Urbana and Flo Forms also worked to complete the manufacturing of the counters more quickly so that the kitchen renovation project could keep progressing after we'd experienced some project delays. We appreciated the patience and kindness of the Victoria team, Jenna and Richard, as well as the assistance offered by Bobby, who drove out from Nanaimo to supplement the cabinet installation work started by Mark: both were impeccably professional. Highly recommend.

Absolutely top marks. To begin with, Urbana has in house design and installation. This is a big advantage, making for a more streamlined, integrated experience. The designer and installers we worked with were great, really genuinely nice people , but also very competent and professional. We are guilty of being fussy and particular. They responded with patience and kindness. We did a lot of shopping around before going with Urbana; their price and quality were top notch. The quote was accurate and the timeline promised was fulfilled. Most importantly, we now have a kitchen that reflects our taste, meets our functional needs, and is drop dead gorgeous. Thank you Urbana.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on our initial visit. Looking forward to working with these people. Nice showroom with up-to-date materials and options.
