Wow - the customer service from this store is out of this world. I ordered a purse for myself last Christmas and within the first 4 months, the material on the straps cracked and split apart. I contacted Ila at Fan Tan & sent pictures. I got a quick response and Ila took care of everything from there. Sent me a list of different purse options to order directly from the designer, handled correspondence on behalf of me, my defective purse and my new order... and even double checked in with me over a month after I received the new one to ensure I had gotten it AND that I was happy. Thank you so much, Ila!! You really are the living embodiment of caring & exceptional customer service!! If I'm ever in Vic, I'll be sure to stop by.

What a fantastic store! My go-to place for all gifts! And I bought a great pair of Peeper reading glasses today.

Such a gem of a store, high quality treasures and good prices. The owner (I’m assuming) is beyond lovely, wouldn't let me pay for a potted candle to light at my daughter’s memorial site down the block. The candles also last forever, 24 hours later it’s still nowhere near finished. Will be back every night until we return home. Thank you.

This is an amazing little store. They have such uniquely fun decor and household items. Picked up a super stretchy and squishy hot dog toy for my son today…we also picked up some amazing felt nesting bowls from Nepal. There or literally something for everyone in this small space!
