DODD'S FURNITURE & MATTRESS REVIEWS

We purchased two sofa beds from Dodd's Furniture. After visiting the store a week prior and considering all our options, we concluded that Dodd's was by far the best choice. Anil provided exemplary customer service, being kind and attentive throughout the process. Despite the delivery schedule being fully booked for our chosen date, Anil made arrangements to ensure we received our sofa beds on the same day. Additionally, Anil introduced us to Mr. Dodd, which was a wonderful experience as well!

I want to express my gratitude to Dodd's furniture. Dodd's furniture went out of their way to ensure that a community member I know and support would get their mattress delivered, in a way that accommodated for the challenges this individual faces. I am glad such an organization genuinely cares for the actual human beings who use their furniture, more than just sales. They have shown to me that they actually care for the Victoria community. I also highly recommend the quality of the products they sell!

The sales people are helpful on phone and in person. We buy all our major furniture there. And I was so pleased with the Boxing Day Sale! Huge savings and we were able to get a great living room set delivered by great people. I have compared with big stores and nothing Dodds is better every time.

Our salesperson, Alex was awesome. He was knowledgeable about products, warranties, etc. He helped us along setting up a payment plan. Answered all our questions and contacted us after delivery to make sure all was good. Would definitely shop there again. And they guys doing delivery were on time, quickly set up and cleaned up after themselves….again positive experience.

We are very happy with the service we received at Leon’s in Victoria. Customer service from Raj was terrific. He was knowledgeable and professional. The furniture was delivered quickly and efficiently. We recommend Leon’s for great service, fair prices and good value.

We had a lovely experience with Srima. She was kind, patient and so helpful finding out perfect sectional for our new home. We absolutely love our new couch! The shipping time was extremely fast.
