Lynden Gate Estates

Management team is always there if you need anything or have questions. They are super easygoing and friendly, really great landlords are hard to find. I had some off-putting meetings with other building managers but the team here is awesome and it's part of the reason why I moved in in the first place. The building and area is quiet, safe and clean. They've done multiple renovations to the property over the couple years since I've moved in. The only downside is there's no in-unit thermostat and units are heated through floorboard radiators, so if it's too hot you need to open windows or get an A/C, but often this led to lots of dust buildup or noise from outside coming in. Might not bother everyone though, and I don't think that's an issue specific to this building I think that's just how these older buildings were made. Overall a great place to live, no idea why it has poor ratings. I lived here for 3 years and it was excellent.

Everything has been pleasant, relaxing , smooth so far , furniture delivery day is Monday June 5 . Once that is done it will be great.
