I called and he came very promptly. Told me the issue, which I kind of knew anyway as I consulted "Google". I was very happy with the "prognosis". I paid the consultation fee, which was very fair. He also gave me some very important advice. Rant: One thing I don't get is why do customers think they should get professional consults/services for free? Imagine if you drove all over town and visited 5 people, and each appliance was unfixable (it happens), and you charged nothing...

Great service! He gave a probable diagnosis and rough quote over the phone, which no one else I called was willing to do. His diagnosis was correct and his invoice came in under his quote. He kept in close communication until the repair was complete, which he did quickly and with a great attitude.

Slava arrived right on time, quoted us ahead of time and was able to fix my mom's dryer within 45 min. He knew exactly what the problem was and worked efficiently and cleaned up well after he finished the job. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!
