Alex came to our home on time, put on booties, wore a mask and was very polite and efficient. He had just the part we needed in his truck and fixed the problem with our old subzero fridge. He even followed up with us a couple of days after. Also there was a helpful technician (Don) who replied promptly to my phone calls and was helpful in scheduling the appointment sooner than I had expected. I highly recommend them.

Alex is awesome! After a phone consultation he advised me not to get my microwave repaired as to the cost and age and would be better just to replace! Helped me get the make and model I wanted and set up my installation at a decent price! I compared his to quote to other box box stores and it was cheaper. Done all over the phone and email! Great service. Will definitely be using Better Care Appliance Service again.
