Michael from Innisfil was exceptional! He called 30 min. ahead, arrived promptly and proceeded to diagnose not one but three problems. He worked diligently for 4.5 hours testing, explaining, removing and replacing three parts. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, competent, careful, courteous, honest and very polite.
