The staff at Salus Hearing are professional, experienced, knowledgeable and understanding. They performed many tests to determine my issues and they spent a lot of time adjusting the hearing aids to my ear specifications. Out of 4 different audiologists I have seen, this place is the best. I had new hearing aids, a program plan, instructions to follow, people to ask and answer questions. I left confident I had the tools to deal with my hearing loss and the tinnitus. Thank you Salus.

We had such a wonderful experience at Amplifon on 8787 Weston Road. From the moment we walked in, Diana at reception was so friendly and welcoming, making my Nonna feel comfortable right away. Just saying "fantastic customer service" does not do justice to truly explaining how great she was. Dr. Kris was absolutely amazing , patient, kind, and incredibly informative. They both took the time to walk us through everything step by step, ensuring we understood every detail of my Nonna’s hearing care and what we needed ro do next. The facility the clean and organized. It was spacious and well designed for wheel chair accessibility. We are truly grateful for the level of care and support we received. It’s not easy navigating hearing needs for a loved one, but they made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you to Dr. Kris and Diana for treating my Nonna with such kindness and professionalism. Even after she didnt want to leave and just wanted ti hang out. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of hearing services!
