The google reviews are absolutely correct. Had excessive wax in my left ear and I tried a over the counter kit, ended up blocking it a bit more. So, I googled ear wax removal and this was the top choice. The receptionist was very friendly and was able to book me in on the same day. Chantel my audiologist was lovely and guided me on the process and addressed my queries along the way. Long story short, the wax has been removed and I can finally hear! 5 stars all the way.
