Connect Hearing

I went in to Connect Hearing a half hour before closing time to make an appointment for some work related hearing tests. Unfortunately the receptionist with access to the booking system had left already due to unforeseen circumstances. I said I understood and would come back in the following day to book an appointment. Instead, Sheila, the audiologist, took me right there and then and conducted the hearing tests I needed! She was so nice, professional and accommodating (even though the tests went past closing time!). I did not whatsoever expect to be taken right away and I really felt she went above and beyond. It’s rare to have customer service like this! I highly recommend! Thanks so much Sheila!

Very impressed. I struggled to hear someone on the phone and in large crowds. Thanks to my new hearing aids, I am now hearing things that I have not heard in a long time.

The audiologist I saw was very welcoming and made me feel less nervous. She was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience more comfortable.
