It was my second time to visit a hearing aid clinic as I was trying to look around which clinic would offer me the best product at a more affordable option but after spending time with the staff and Sebastian Greaves-Santos, who is the assigned RHIP that day, I was convinced to finally getting my hearing from this clinic. The friendly atmosphere from the moment you enter the clinic just gives you that comforable feeling and makes you feel that they are there to help. All the front staff were friendly and very accomodating. Especially Sebastian who always assured me that he will help me with my hearing problem in whatever capacity he can as a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner. He was very honest and helpful in explaining my condition and how the clinic can help me with that. Overall, the experience with Surrey Hearing Clinic in Guildford was great, especially the people. I can proudly recommend this clinic to those who has hearing instrument needs and other related treatments.

Been dealing with Surrey Hearing since 2009. Always been good to me and do not find ways to get extra money from me like other places do. Very courteous and kind owner and staff. Highly recommend get Hearing Aids from Surrey Hearing Care. One of the only private family owned and Canadian operated places running strong.
