Probably the best experience I’ve had with an auto shop. I am newer to Hamilton and when I was hit in a car accident and decided to choose ASC as I had been recommended to them. I mainly spoke with Paul and the owner Jose who are both very friendly and some of most helpful people I’ve met. I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first as it seemed a bit to good to be true, but trust me it’s the real deal! They fixed my car and went the extra mile. Paul was really helpful with guiding me through the whole process, it actually feels like you’re dealing with humans who care instead of an auto shop my insurance would send me to who just wants my money. It’s very evident that ASC put a lot of care into their customer service and their work. Very good experience, highly recommend!
