CARSTAR Brantford

I just returned home from a visit to our local CARSTAR, where I was greeted by a friendly Cynthia, the receptionist. She quickly recommended April to assist. I had driven over a curb and wanted the damage assessed. April brought my car into the shop within minutes and promptly shared pictures and recommendations shortly thereafter. April and Cynthia were extremely helpful and their service today makes my return to CARSTAR a certainty.

From the moment I dropped my car off at Carstar Brantford the staff was very friendly and welcoming. A huge shout out to the April she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She kept me updated on the status of my car and any back ordered parts.I was extremely happy when I picked my car up and I would definitely recommend anyone to bring their car here!

They did an amazing job repainting the hood of my Kia. Colour match is perfect. The car came back clean like a new car.
