“2025 Update: Bonnybank Bed and Breakfast is a 1919 American Tudor Revival home built with red Grimsby sandstone reclaimed from the former Great Western Railway piers. It is located just 2 minutes through the Twenty Valley from Jordan Village and 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Guests are greeted by Will-o’-the-wisp, the resident golden retriever born on September 27, 2019. Visitors may also bring their own dog for a $35 fee. Bonnybank Bed and Breakfast is surrounded by a rich Carolinian habitat and sits beside a private owl sanctuary that is home to 100 owls. Bonnybank is located on the Twenty Mile Creek ANSI (Area of Natural Scientific Interest), where guests can rent canoes and kayaks from the Niagara Rowing School & Paddlesports Centre nearby. CITY VIEW INN REVIEWS

Nice clean room, way better than expected at such an affordable price! Great location, close to downtown. Walls were quite sound proof as well, no noise disturbances at all. High speed wifi and roku available on TV. Complimentary breakfast (cereal, coffee, tea, croissants, yogurt, and fruits) was such a nice touch. The Manager was really friendly and helpful. Had such a wonderful and comfortable stay, definitely would recommend!

My stay was great! Very friendly and professional team. The room was amazing, clean, and fresh! Based on my experience this motel is underrated, I highly recommend this place and I’m definitely coming back.

I had an excellent stay, clean room, complimentary cold breakfast, and amazing staff especially being greated warmly at the front desk. I will definitely be back when I am back in town.

What a lovely stay we had at this beautiful and historic B & B. Carla was so nice and very accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, the birds were singing and the trees were healthy and such a variety! Carla is very knowledgable about the area and its history, and is happy to take the time to share it. We will 100% be back to stay. We cannot complete this review without mentioning the welcoming committee....Willow, so sweet. Also breakfast was delicious!

I've been meaning to write a review for months about this hidden gem. We really enjoyed our overnight stay at the Bonnybank. Carla is a gracious host and took the time to tell us about the history of the estate, the surrounding, and was very obliging and kind. Breakfast was fresh, filling, and consisted of seasonal and locally foraged berries which we loved! The grounds and house are so charming- we have recommended it to many friends and will definitely be back someday. Thank you so much, Carla!

Carla’s picturesque bed and breakfast provided a relaxing and cozy fall experience. The house and rooms are well maintained and Carla is very knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. Very reasonable pricing for the value. An additional perk, was the sweet golden retriever, Willow, who would greet us and was always eager to receive snuggles. Would recommend staying at Bonnybank if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay when in the area. Try the waffles !

this place never fails. The service, food, and atmosphere for mothers Day brunch is outstanding. Mother's Day brunch/ buffet. The brunch was delicious There was plenty of food for everyone who was there. Service was good as well. We'll be back again.

Beautiful estate house! We stayed two nights in August ( Before wedding and night of). The 'bridal suite" is gorgeous, breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very pleasant. Will be back again! Thank you

Wonderful place! Modern and clean. We enjoyed the pool as well. Staff were very friendly during he check and wine tastings. Breakfast was continental which we were happy with. Very tasty with several options. I would recommend this place!
