Our wedding could not have been as amazing as it was without Laura. Through all the consultation and design meetings, to the day of, Laura was a constant calming and supportive presence. Her impeccable design taste created a unique and personalized day for us that never felt ‘off the shelf’ or reused; she put in the time and effort to get to know us as a couple and what was important to us to deliver a tailored wedding. Her incredibly organized approach allowed us to stay ahead of tasks despite a busy schedule while keeping a constant eye on the budget. This was only emphasized by her constant availability to answer questions or give thoughtful advice. Her recommendations on vendors helped create an amazing and supportive wedding team. Her (and her team’s) day-off support kept us and our guests on time and stress free. We could not imagine having planned our wedding without Laura and her warm and friendly disposition; we could not recommend her enough and thank her (and credit her) immensely for all her help making our wedding the incredible day it was.

We used Laura Olsen Events for month-of wedding coordination and we couldn't be happier with our choice! Laura and Heather kept us organized leading up to the wedding with monthly prompts of what needed to get done, long before our "month-of" started, which was super helpful! They are both extremely attentive to detail, and the warm, kind, and calm people you want to be around on your wedding day! They jumped into action quickly solving the inevitable hiccups that come up on a wedding day (rain, bouquets left at home etc.) so we never had to worry. Many family members commented on how quickly and smoothly family photos went because of Heather kindly and efficiently organizing everyone! We would use Laura Olsen Events again in a heartbeat, in fact, my sister was so pleased with Laura and Heather she has hired them for her wedding next summer!

You literally need to hire Lindsay, it's not a want it's a need! Having Lindsay on our wedding day truly allowed us to feel fully present with our family and friends rather than worrying about what's going on behind the scenes, answering questions, emailing and corresponding with vendors, and setting up for our day. Lindsay always put our wants and needs first as a couple so that we could have the wedding day we envisioned. Lindsay was way ahead of everything, coordinating with our vendors to ensure everything was set in place for our wedding day, which helped relieve so much planning stress before the wedding. She asked questions we didn't even know we had to ask and things ran so smoothly thanks to her planning and coordinating! Lindsay went way above and beyond and having her on our wedding day was 1000% the best investment we could have made on our wedding day.

We are so incredibly happy we chose Lindsay as our wedding planner! Being an organized person, I was originally torn with the idea of hiring a wedding planner - I had already completed the "big" tasks, so what else could I need help with? But BOY, WAS I WRONG! I truly have no idea how we would have done it without Lindsay. She managed all the logistics of the vendors, put together our bud vases, set up the venue, tore down at the end of the night, had so many good ideas that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, and so much more.
