2025 Update: Spencer Smith Park was named in memory of Spencer Smith, a former president of the Burlington Horticultural Society who was instrumental in the development of the park system throughout the city. With its lush green lawns, breathtaking views of the water, and inviting playgrounds, it’s an ideal spot for families to gather and create lasting memories. Spencer Smith Park has wheelchair accessible parking lot.”
