WOW! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Finally found my new trusted hairdresser/salon! Had my very first appointment and I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was from the moment I walked in. My appointment was with CARLO, who coloured (balayage) and cut my hair. He was incredible! After speaking about what I was wanting to get done and discussing the process, he and his team began working on my vision. They were all friendly, happy and let me know what was being done every step of the way. The end result was PERFECT! Even better than what I envisioned! Such a great feeling to walk out of the salon, absolutely LOVING my new haircut/colour. If you’re looking for a new salon, book your next appointment here and trust me you won’t be looking any further.

My first time at Fate salon. I was looking for a new style, and Dominic had some great suggestions. I'm very happy with my haircut, as well as all of the advice for stylingtips and care that Dominic offered. A friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Thank you guys for being so professional after a bumpy start. Friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Keora is, absolutely, a gem in downtown Burlington.

This is the best hair salon in Burlington. They remember you everything no matter who is at the front desk. Service and hospitality is one of their greatest features. Love the atmosphere. Thanks Lindsay for always making me look and feel great.

Manicure was great! Happy it's lasting a long time. Great service and products. Travel sized products available and lovely gift sets in the retail area. Very good experience with the online booking.

Not only is she incredibly skilled, but also warm, friendly, and professional. I felt completely comfortable throughout the appointment, and I left feeling so refreshed and confident with my new look. Overall, an excellent experience — I’ll definitely be returning soon. It was my first time colouring my hair in 8 years, and I was so nervous. Katie was incredibly sweet and such a talented hair stylist—she made me feel calm, reassured, and completely confident that she understood exactly what I wanted before getting started. I have been a regular for 5 years. Anthony is my got to for haircut and Fro for my color but everyone in the salon is super professional so you are in good hands with whoever you pick they provide high quality services and offer top of the line products.
