My partner recommended I try Cyclesmity after a bad experience trying to fix up an older bike at another shop, and am I ever happy that I did! From the moment I walked through the doors the service was incredible. I was greeted with smiles and it was evident that the business has a clear focus on customer service. The gentleman who helped me out was super friendly and knowledgeable, and based on the level of service I received you would think I was buying one of their top-end bikes, not just getting some tires replaced. I will 100% be back in the future and highly recommend this shop.

The bike was shipped from Nova Scotia to Ontario. The bike came in a large box, was well protected, and easy to assemble. The person touches, and interaction with the store made this distant purchase very personal. I would purchase and have items shipped from the Cyclesmith in Nova Scotia again.
