Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Paul was very helpful. I picked up my Giant Explore E+1 yesterday and rode my first 40k today. I couldn't be happier, this bike is smooth, quiet, powerful and efficient. I can maintain a good speed without power, so no range anxiety whatsoever. Cant wait to ride again tomorrow, and no rain in the forecast, yippee! Its gonna be a great summer with this bike!!
