Overall, very positive experience purchasing a new vehicle at Sherwood Ford. As an out-of-town buyer, my sales rep Matt Irvine was great to communicate with and made the entire process straight forward. Matt and the whole team went over and above to ensure that the vehicle arrived and was processed in time to match my flight into Edmonton. No surprises when I picked up the vehicle, it was on time and as advertised. Would happily recommend Sherwood Ford to friends and family.

We just bought our second car here from Grant Shaw. I can’t say enough about how helpful he is! 100% respectful and genuine. He’s also super responsive, even after you drive off the lot with your new car which was definitely an issue with other sales people I’ve had in the past. Great guy and I’d recommend him to anyone.

My overall experience with Sherwood Ford was very satisfying, from the sales team to the finance department. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My sales person Mark W was knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating to my needs. As a first time Ford owner I feel that Sherwood Ford will continue it's great customer service with me heading into the future owning a Ford vehicle.
