I highly recommend this location! Our experience with Gigee is absolutely THE BEST! We were shopping for my fiancee's wedding band for months before we decided to check out this location. Gigee is extremely kind, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. She also responds promptly during our email communication. Gigee went above and beyond for her customers!! We are so thankful for her for this amazing experience!!!!

Gigee is seriously amazing! She is the sweetest person I’ve ever met and is so personable. She helped us pick exactly what we were looking for and wrapped them beautifully for us. Amazing customer service.

Alana was a big help today. She was very kind and engaging. She cleaned a bunch of my jewellery and my exes earring’s. She set me up with a cleaning cloth and we are all shiny now. I will definitely be back because of her great service.

The staff has been so patient, knowledgeable, and truly kind hearted, taking the time that I needed to make these important decisions with us. I never felt rushed, pushed, or coerced. They have a beautiful selection, and were very helpful for us when choosing between multiple options, supplying examples, quotes, and comparisons. I would 100% recommend this amazing store to anyone looking for something special. King’s has definitely made our shopping experience something special, and I am so in love with my rings!! Anytime I want my ring cleaned to a glimmer they are more than willing to clean it up quick with no cost. 5/5 stars from this happy bride!!

The team here were very helpful when I had an issue with the work done by the outsourced goldsmith. The rings purchased are beautiful as is the necklace I received for Christmas last year from here. They are friendly and the on-site dog is definitely the cherry on top. Thank you for fixing everything needed and making us feel important.
