We had a wonderful experience with Canadian Choice!!! The salesman, Eric, came by and was quick and thorough in explaining things and made it clear that it would take a few weeks for the windows to be ready, likely for install in August. The installer, Vlad came out shortly after to double check windows sizes. He called before coming, and showed up when he said he would. We got a call a couple weeks ago with an install date, Vlad again called that morning to confirm he was coming in, and was there close to when we expected him. He and his coworker were fast, friendly and tidy and didn't seem to mind the fact that they were working around a birthday party All in all it was very efficiently run and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, Vlad! You guys are great at what you do! (We requested that they not do the interior finishing!!)

Outstanding service! Kalin came to our home and provided my husband with an estimate and then came back when I was home from work to explain to me! I top of that, I was stuck in traffic and he waited!! We never felt rushed or pressured. We were stuck on sliding windows and he explained the benefit of crank windows and every option available, out of 3 companies we contacted, Canadian choice was the quickest to respond, offered options, explanations and the most professional service! Our windows are perfect! The install team was professional, removed all the old windows and disposed of all the garbage, and were respectful of our home, taking great care to be tidy! Friendly and very professional, answered all my questions clearly. There were no hidden surprises. I was referred by a neighbor after seeing the excellent quality of workmanship in the manufacturing of the window and the installation. The old double pane window was long due for replacement and I had a triple pane window installed with full vinyl package and with flat PVC casing. Such a beautiful clean appearance and style. The exterior is equally impressive for great curb appeal. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors for a window replacement. Thank you!
