We used Canterbury Homes Renovations to do a kitchen renovation as well as an exterior redo of our entire house stucco, replacing the old stucco (which was cracking and at risk of leaks) with acrylic stucco. Ian and Monique were thorough in their planning and scheduling of the renovation projects right from the start. They were able to lay out a schedule and stick to it. They finished the entire project within the timeframe laid out for us at the start. Every single trade that they brought to our home was professional, courteous and did beautiful work. When delays came up as they do with renovations, communication was always clear and frequent. We never felt ‘hung out to dry by our contractor at any stage of the process. Monique was a pleasure to have in the process of selecting the various design elements of the kitchen project. She kept us within a comfortable budget while giving us a lovely, high-end look for the kitchen. It will certainly add to our resale value and attractiveness when the time comes. Choosing the new colour for the exterior of our house caused me some anxiety but Monique was fantastic at offering advice and brought many colour samples to us to aid in our decision. We love our new kitchen and our new exterior stucco is absolutely gorgeous!

I recently got my house renovated. They have a great selection of color palettes and very understanding about the vision I had. They can definitely guide you into making the right decisions for your home. Everything from the kitchen cupboards, backsplash, countertops and the newly installed island have a modern theme to them. It looks like a completely new house from the inside. We got new blinds, fans, tiles and hardwood flooring installed that help accentuate the modern look. It was all done over the month of June/July, just in time for us to throw a party while the weather was nice.

I helped my clients purchase their first home with Sehjas homes. Sukhdeep was facilitating the transaction and she was super amazing, very responsive and their home quality build is top notch and the attention to details in their build is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend them to all my future clients!

We had a very difficult basement renovation due to some issues with the floor slope and Shane and his team helped us by providing multiple options and solutions that would meet our budget. Kaidian delivers a very high quality product and customizes your project to suit your needs every step of the way. Shane and his trades are very friendly and helpful and open to innovative ways to realize your design and build goals. If you can imagine it, I am pretty sure these guys can build it. Even during these tough times of the pandemic, the Kaidian team was able to keep the project moving with only minor delays. Our basement is beautifully finished and is everything we had hoped for!
