3 Best Home Builders in Sherwood Park, AB

I’ve dealt with a few builders over the years and these guys are simply the best of the best. The entire team is professional, clean, respectful, easy to communicate with, and extremely skilled and hardworking. These guys aren’t the type of guys that sit around and rack up billable hours; They get stuff done and do it to a level of perfection. They have done a few projects for me now and have always been on time and on budget. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. If you’re looking for a builder, look no further.

Carson completed the build on our new home 2 1/2 years ago. Wednesday we discovered a water leak in our basement partially due to the extreme cold weather. Called Carson and Cliff was out within a couple hours. They had a contractor in dealing with the issue immediately, have taken control and accepted full responsibility. It is so great knowing this amazing team has our back.

I’m very impressed by the way Carson Built runs their business. I had clients who had very specific needs and we’re looking for a custom home builder to build in a specific area. Not only was Carson built able to help my clients design a multi generational home to fit their needs, they also helped to secure a perfect lot from the developer. They are extremely professional & their work quality is above and beyond. My clients have been very happy and I will continue to use a Carson Built in the future as a referral partner to take great care of my clients. Highly recommend.

We had a very difficult basement renovation due to some issues with the floor slope and Shane and his team helped us by providing multiple options and solutions that would meet our budget. Kaidian delivers a very high quality product and customizes your project to suit your needs every step of the way. Shane and his trades are very friendly and helpful and open to innovative ways to realize your design and build goals. If you can imagine it, I am pretty sure these guys can build it. Even during these tough times of the pandemic, the Kaidian team was able to keep the project moving with only minor delays. Our basement is beautifully finished and is everything we had hoped for! Thanks Kaidian team!.

Kaidian Homes is the perfect company if you are looking for a custom quality build. The owner (Shane) has a wealth of knowledge and ensures your home is built to the highest standards without breaking the bank. I would highly encourage you to check out one of his show homes, specifically the mechanical room.. this area will say it all, in how they take the time, care and thought into building a home that will stand the test of time. I highly recommend this company.

I have been very impressed with the quality and professionalism of Kadian homes. From start to finish Shane helped us every step of the way until we moved into our dream home!! We were so impressed with their work we had them renovate another home of ours. I would DEFINITELY recommend giving Shane a call and see for yourself.
