I’ve dealt with a few builders over the years and these guys are simply the best of the best. The entire team is professional, clean, respectful, easy to communicate with, and extremely skilled and hardworking. These guys aren’t the type of guys that sit around and rack up billable hours; They get stuff done and do it to a level of perfection. They have done a few projects for me now and have always been on time and on budget. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. If you’re looking for a builder, look no further.

Carson completed the build on our new home 2 1/2 years ago. Wednesday we discovered a water leak in our basement partially due to the extreme cold weather. Called Carson and Cliff was out within a couple hours. They had a contractor in dealing with the issue immediately, have taken control and accepted full responsibility. It is so great knowing this amazing team has our back.

Shane and his trades are very friendly and helpful and open to innovative ways to realize your design and build goals. If you can imagine it, I am pretty sure these guys can build it. Even during these tough times of the pandemic, the Kaidian team was able to keep the project moving with only minor delays. Our basement is beautifully finished and is everything we had hoped for!
