We had a wonderful and professional experience working with Stephanie at Sofaland Sherwood Park. She was extremely knowledgeable about their products and was helpful and understanding without being pushy when we didn’t want something. She kept us informed on our items and even let us know when a piece went on sale and provided us with a discount even though we had already ordered/invoiced that item. She made impactful suggestions as we shopped asking thoughtful questions about our space to ensure the items would meet our needs. She also worked within our budget and price points. All around it was a 10/10 experience. If you are looking for some new furniture, stop by and ask for Stephanie, she was absolutely amazing.

Went to look at a couches for a new home, and Matt was so helpful! He knew exactly the style we were looking for. He went over our house layout to make sure what we were buying would fit nicely and meet our needs. He is so personable and helpful! Definitely went above and beyond. Made it easy to understand all of the “extras” we could get and what our warrant options are (very good warranty here by the way!). We would definitely recommend anyone go here to look for new furniture.

Sofaland is the only place to buy furniture! In Alberta there are no pushy salespeople but they’re there if you need them and they’ll stay by your side until you find what you want. If I need more furniture, I will definitely come back.

We recently purchased an accent chair from Home Envy and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful as looked at various designs and patterns. There was no high pressure sale pitch at all. We ordered our chair, it arrived two weeks before the expected date, and pick-up was straight forward. The product quality was outstanding and the price was very competitive compared to other furniture outlets. Great service. The sofa bed I purchased looks great in my condo second room. My guests have a comfortable bed to sleep on when they visit and also a lovely sitting room if they choose to make up the bed during the day. Down sizing is not easy and with the help of Home Envy staff and the quality Canadian build my second room looks pleasing and meets my need for dual functionality with style.
