Five star service deserves a five star review. I was here to pick up my vehicle for four-wheel alignment and JD the amazing front end manager was walking towards the shop with something in his hand and he turned around, put it on the counter and dealt with me and even though I told him to go make his delivery into his shop. He came back and said to me, your number one, your priority. I can’t believe the digital version of all the stuff that was sent to me these Are amazing. Update. The next day I booked my daughters vehicle in service and I could not be More pleased With how I’ve been treated. They definitely unpromise over deliver.

Have gone here multiple times for car troubles and maintenance and each time the customer service is SO GOOD. JD has gone out of his way each time to ensure we understand what is happening, why it’s happening, how he is going to do whatever we approve and how much it will cost. He has made me feel at ease each time I leave my car there and I appreciate everything he has done! Genuinely such an unreal experience each time I go because of him.

JD is truly a gentleman and an honorable man. After Midas sent me to multiple locations due to an oil change appointment mix-up, JD turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Even though the shop was about to close and I had a road trip the next day, he went above and beyond to complete the oil change quickly and even did a quick safety inspection. I was disappointed with Midas at first, but JD’s exceptional customer service completely changed my perspective.

Geoff has been our go to mechanic for years. We have taken many different vehicles to him for servicing and work over the last 8 years or so and have always had great experiences. He has always done excellent work for us. We always know bringing out vehicles to him that he isn't going to try and charge us for a bunch of stuff that doesn't actually need fixing. Their communication is excellent as well. Every time that I've had a vehicle in, they always call with updates to let me know of the costs for the repairs or other issues that they have come across. I would recommend to anyone to bring your vehicle here. They are honest and very professional people.
