Great customer service, the previous shop I had service my exhaust didn’t fasten the bolt for the muffler enough so it came loose. Ali and his team took the vehicle in like one their own and had it running for me in less than 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend this place.

A few months back I got them to do a muffler and resonator delete and it was a great job done with no issues. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable about what I wanted and even let me hear the car and stand underneath it while they were working.

Park muffler did an awsome job on my exhaust, dual tips and exhaust installed. all the bends and welds were top notch, i also got cooling system flush. my truck sounds nice and runs cool. thanks guys great job!

Five star service deserves a five star review. I was here to pick up my vehicle for four-wheel alignment and JD the amazing front end manager was walking towards the shop with something in his hand and he turned around, put it on the counter and dealt with me and even though I told him to go make his delivery into his shop. He came back and said to me, your number one, your priority. I can’t believe the digital version of all the stuff that was sent to me these Are amazing. Update. The next day I booked my daughters vehicle in service and I could not be More pleased With how I’ve been treated. They definitely unpromise over deliver.

Have gone here multiple times for car troubles and maintenance and each time the customer service is SO GOOD. JD has gone out of his way each time to ensure we understand what is happening, why it’s happening, how he is going to do whatever we approve and how much it will cost. He has made me feel at ease each time I leave my car there and I appreciate everything he has done! Genuinely such an unreal experience each time I go because of him.

JD is truly a gentleman and an honorable man. After Midas sent me to multiple locations due to an oil change appointment mix-up, JD turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Even though the shop was about to close and I had a road trip the next day, he went above and beyond to complete the oil change quickly and even did a quick safety inspection. I was disappointed with Midas at first, but JD’s exceptional customer service completely changed my perspective.

Amazing service!! I stopped in to schedule an appointment to address the issue with my remote car starter. It was not installed by them. They were able to look at the issue, bring the car in and resolve right then and there. I'll be back.

Had a Bluetooth stereo installed in my daughter's vehicle there, by far the best price and a great installation. Just recently had my air conditioning on my Ram serviced, good price and done when they said they would be. Very good people to deal with.

Well you guys did it again!!! I trusted you with another vehicle to tint my windows. You did an amazing job again! You are all so friendly and do the job quick and perfect!! My truck looks so awesome!! Thank you for always doing a perfect job!! You will forever get my business .
