If you are buying a car from Audi Capilano, you have to buy it from Lyndsey Sutton (sales agent) for a full luxury car buying experience. From the first phone call, Lyndsey made sure if I was fully introduced and educated about the product that I intended to buy and welcomed me to the dealership anytime (she was willing to come even on her days off and communicated via text on her days off). She made me feel welcomed and unlike many other car dealerships, she wanted my happiness and made sure that I left the dealership happy with the best price on a 2023 Q5 sportsback. Epic experience. Everyone at the dealership was fairly nice. Kudos to Chris Bong as he provided a good sales experience with acquiring a brand new 23 Audi S3. From ordering the vehicle, getting information on delivery, and the actual date of delivery. Chris also followed up to make sure that everything was working well.
