Excellent experience with Searles! They were generous and thorough in reviewing the state of my car's rear brake system, communicated everything clearly, and performed the work in very good time. All team members I interacted with were friendly and professional. Finally found my trusted, local shop after five years in Victoria.

The Team at Searles are fantastic. I was looking at over a month for the dealership to even look at my truck. Searles had a full plate as well but fit it in between openings, had it diagnosed and repaired within 2 weeks. After finally giving up on the service department of the Hyundai dealership, we took our 2012 Sonata to Searle’s. Not only did they do a fast job to fix a complex issue, they found and repaired a screw in our tire that could have caused much grief and gave us a courtesy car to use.
