Great service - another place said I’d have to replace the whole keyboard on my laptop because of one broken key, without properly looking at the issue. Bill & Dave’s sourced the key, resulting in a much lower cost fix. Nice people & good communication.

We had to have our laptop hard drive replaced. Bill & Dave Computer Repair were great! They also fixed the unlockable touchpad that was driving me crazy and installed Windows 11. We were very satisfied and will use them again!

My previous office was located near downtown Ottawa. I started going to Bill and Dave then, mainly because they were not that far away. I found them very helpful and pleasant to work with then. More recently, I moved my office to Elmvale Acres. By coincidence they had also moved about 6 blocks away down St. Laurent Boulevard. Recently, both my partner and I got into computer schmozzles. I was in deep despair about sorting them out. After a short call, Dave showed up at our door and got my partner's computer sorted out quickly. I took mine to their shop (damaged smartphone). They had that fixed in a couple if days after ordering a new screen for it. In brief, excellent service, with a smile! - David C
