Charles was excellent at repairing my Dell XPS 13 laptop battery. I was very close to selling it off but decided to give Snappy Tech a shot. Best decision ! Amazing service and experience at Snappy Techs. My laptop fell in water and Apple said I would lose all my data and that it wasn’t worth repairing but Snappy Techs not only repaired my laptop but all my data was also recovered! Thank you so much Charles and the team for an outstanding service!
