The only place I trust with my dog is the HRM! Playful Paws staff are wonderful, friendly people with a passion for their work and the skill and knowledge to match. The crew is highly attentive to dog behaviours and can accommodate your and your dog's needs. Daycare bookings, as well as pick-ups and drop-offs, are always seamless.

Wonderful local business. The setup is so much more fun for dogs than the other local daycares. They've got dirt and trees instead of the typical fake grass and lots of things to play on. Ayla had a blast on her birthday, and we'll use them again.

This doggy daycare is awesome. My dog is always excited to go - she recognizes the location as soon as we pull up. And it's very obvious that the staff really really care about the dogs. I don't think I'd take my dog anywhere else.

We've recently taken Sarah's Puppy Basic Life Skills and the Advance Life Skills classes and have loved them both! The small class size made it easy for questions and intentional 1:1 guidance when needed. Sarah is a great facilitator and meets each pup & owner where they're at. She quickly recognizes if a task is too easy or too challenging and will recommend adaptations; this was very helpful for our pup, who has a tough time with engagement and can get bored quickly! Sarah did a lot of teaching through anecdotes, which I found quite helpful. The way she shared these stories created a judgement-free space and helped bring the things she was teaching into our own experiences as new dog owners.

We have taken both of our Scottish Terriers to Sublime, we had two different instructors as they were five years apart, but both times were amazing. Our most recent experience was with Sarah, she was fantastic, her training methods are top-notch, very responsive to your dog's needs, and always has suggestions to help. The classes have a relaxed environment which is great for new puppies. The small class size (4 for our class) allows for plenty of time and personal attention when needed. I cannot recommend Sublime enough for all your dog training needs.

A lovely group of trainers that orient toward the dog's needs. Positive and fun, these small to medium-sized classes are designed to be able to provide you with tips and tricks for making a happy pup and human team. I have already taken multiple dogs through training with Sublime and will continue to do so with every new puppy.

I take my puppy here for puppy socials as well as daycare and she always has a good time. Staff are cognisant of the fact that puppies don’t always have good manners, they know when to intervene and they know when to let puppies sort out tiffs on their own. After attending socialisation and daycare here my exuberant pup is actually learning her manners around other dogs and backing off if the other dog doesn’t want to play. They also take dog vaccination seriously and actually ask for proof of vaccination for dogs that attend daycare. This is more than I can say for another well-reputed puppy class that asks people to confirm that the dog is vaccinated without actually checking for it, and only takes in “stepford puppies” for their socialisation classes and turns them away if their behaviour is less than perfect. Jollytails understands puppies. They take such great pictures of your dog on social media! I see some reviews mentioning that they’re not a fan of the owner’s ideologies. My take on that is that the owner’s ideologies are his business as long as he doesn’t impose them on me, and as long as he continues to provide a safe, wonderful environment for my puppy to grow and socialise.

I took my dog to be groomed at Jollytails and they were so kind to me, made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care. The store is clean and well stocked and my girl looked gorgeous when she was done!!.
