This winter we decided to invest in our first pool purchase and our experience with Aqua Master has been amazing ! We made the decision in February with snow on the ground and Andrew met me the next day at the house to ensure our location idea was going to work . After that initial meeting the experience was seamless . I was hopeful we could get installed early and Andrew was upfront and honest about previous bookings and weather etc but we made deal . April 29th the installation team arrived and excavated then two days later the pool was up , two days after that the plumbers came and the next day pool was filled .Pool has been up and running since May and has been great . I had one small issue with a part (no fault of theirs )and the team was on it and had it corrected right away . From instore questions (which I had many ) to water tests it has been a Great experience , Thank you .

Can't fault the customer service! Sam on front desk is very helpful, and explains everything to the newbie. Scott is a hero on field visits - fixed my pump screw-up in minutes. Looking forward to a long and reliable pool ownership thanks to the support from you guys.

New pool owner and I was struggling with how to open and maintain the pool. Scott & Madison were phenomenal and a wealth of knowledge. Well worth the investment. I can’t say enough great things about them. They are certainly an asset to the Aqua Master team.
