Excellent service. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. This is the second time Totally Electric have done work for me. I would use Totally Electric for any electrical requirements in the future. My mother-in-law had work on 3-4 occasions and she absolutely loves them.

Nous avons récemment fait installer un générateur Generac de 14 kW à notre domicile par 1ST Electric. Globalement, l'expérience a été excellente. Nous avons pris contact via le site web de Generac et tout s'est parfaitement déroulé, du devis à l'installation finale et à l'inspection. Toutes les personnes impliquées ont été sympathiques, compétentes et soucieuses de réaliser le travail. Je recommande 1ST Electric pour tous vos besoins en générateurs.

L'installation de Generac s'est déroulée sans problème. La vente et la planification ont été effectuées avec précision. L'équipe était polie et travailleuse. Le chantier a été laissé propre. 1st Electric est une entreprise de grande classe.

Excellent service client, facile à joindre et rapide à répondre. Nous utilisons 1st Electric depuis quelques fois maintenant pour de petits et grands projets. Ils sont toujours doués pour répondre aux questions et expliquer nos options.

Requested a quote on installation of a home standby generator & auto transfere switch. Arrived on time for the quote & for the work itself. Work was done efficiently. When the generator would not automatically switch from utility to the standby generator I called then. They returned to the site & spent considerable time diagnosing the problem which turned out to be a problem with the FACTORY ASSEMBLY !! of the unit No additional payment was requested. What better service could I expect. Thanks to Travis, Lesley Ann & the team.

Travis did excellent work for me installing a generator panel as well as an EV charger plug. He was on time, respectful of my property, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Travis and Mr. Electric based on my experience.

I hired Mr. Electric to replace my two bathroom fans. The new ones work great and are very quiet. They certainly new what they were doing.
