Le technicien a fait tout son possible pour résoudre nos problèmes. Il nous a expliqué en détail ce qu'il faisait et pourquoi il le faisait. Le travail a été réalisé avec minutie et fierté. Nous n'hésiterons pas à faire appel à eux pour de futurs projets.

Nous avons eu une superbe expérience avec M. Rooter en septembre. Ethan s'est présenté avec une attitude de résolution de problèmes que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Il a aidé à terminer la rénovation d'une salle de bains en remontant le tout avec soin et confiance. C'était aussi très amusant de discuter avec lui pendant qu'il était ici. Nous les embaucherions à nouveau dans un instant.

J'ai fait appel à M. Rooter pour réparer une fuite d'eau. Mike et son équipe ont fait un excellent travail. Ils étaient sympathiques, compétents et faciles à vivre. Je les recommande vivement pour tous vos problèmes de plomberie et d'eau.

My wife and I have been customers of LMB Plumbing for two years are extremely satisfied with this company. Matt has always been very respectful and knowledgeable. He delivers A-1 service and goes above and beyond sourcing out requested fixtures. The prices are fair and scheduling is convenience . Bravo.

Great service. Quick to respond. Came in, did the job quickly and cleanly and were great people to work with. Definitely calling them again, the next time I need help.

Excellent service ! J'ai pu joindre Joe un dimanche soir lorsque ma pompe de puits est tombée en panne. Il m'a pris rendez-vous pour une intervention le lendemain. Les techniciens étaient sympathiques et efficaces et ont réussi à résoudre le problème.

Le service de plomberie le plus rapide que j’ai jamais eu. Je n’ai pas eu à attendre 3 jours ouvrables pour réparer ma fuite comme ailleurs. J'ai appelé Joe, il a envoyé Rob, qui est absolument incroyable et super arrangeant, problème résolu en une heure. Je les recommande vivement.

POOR COMMUNICATION ALL AROUND. I called Joe's when my heat pump went out. After two cancellations, a tech came to look at it. The heat pump was giving an error message saying it was an electrical problem. I don't know exactly what the tech did--I was given some oral account, but they have yet to give me anything in writing. It still didn't work. But when he left the best they could tell me (he and someone at their office) was that the wind was preventing the fan from turning. I live my the ocean so there is always wind. So I was charged $800.82. The people at Joe's were polite except a week later an older-sounding man phoned and called me a few names. UPSHOT: someone else had a look at it and the problem was indeed two electrical panels and a motor which needed replacing [$318]. So if you need help with a heat pump, call a dealer for your brand. - D.J. Pass Reply
