Connor and the rest of the team at Atmosphere Climate Control are true gems! During the ice storm, my HVAC system went and I had no way to heat my home. I called many different companies who either didn’t want to work on the weekend or you had to already be registered in their system. To be completely honest, I felt stranded. Until I made a call to Atmosphere, who has technicians on duty on a weekly basis. Connor was able to get my system back up and running in less than an hour and I learned a few things too. Thanks a million!

Kyler is a very professional technician who came to do some fixing to my heat pumps. I found him knowledgeable in what he was doing and advices and recommendations he gave to me. I highly recommend Atmosphere Climate Control Specialist to anybody and I'm surely call them back for any issue or maintenance in the future.

From start to beginning the services were great. Donna was very responsive and on time with all phone calls and notifications, and when it was time for the job to be done, kyler did a great job identifying the issue quickly and was able to deal with it very professionally and efficiently.

GFORCE is the way to go! Greg, Ian and Luke arrived not on time, but a few minutes early! There was definitely no guessing as to whether or not they were coming. Greg held a phenomenal morning meeting to decide what needed to be done and make a plan of action. We, as homeowners appreciated being part of this meeting so that we understood what was happening. The team was friendly, professional and answered all questions we had throughout the install. Greg also provided us with tips to keep our heat pump running smoothly and efficiently. It is now one year later and I would like to say that I am very pleased with the quality of the Mitsubshi heat pump. GForce Mechanical's exceptional installation encloses all cables and parts, protecting the equipment from the outdoor elements. Greg explained the best settings for the most effective operation, including the summer adjustment to ensure that the heat pumps will work properly.

We had 2 heat pumps installed about 5 years ago and the few times I've had questions or concerns about them, Greg answered the phone and solved the issue right away. The installation is neat and professional and the service is too! Good product, good workmanship,good service!

With the increasing demand for heat pump installs and services, many firms will be popping up vying for business. We chose Don's Refrigeration to install a larger unit for the whole house and are glad we chose this firm. Our older unit died post-hurricane and Don gave us prompt service considering the number of calls post storm. The bid was honest (we checked four firms), the install over two levels was smooth and the system works very well. Remember a lot of firms will sell you a unit, make sure you get one that will come back to service it, when the inevitable malfunction occurs.

We had 2 mini-splits installed on Aug 26. The installers Eric and Ryan were very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived when we were told they would, and did an amazing job in just a few hours. Ross sold us a package that works great on cooling and dehumidifying the house, and the price was very competitive.

Great service, The service man very professional, friendly and answered any questions we threw at him. Thanks again its nice to see such good customer service!
