Fantastic service received from Natalie! Was picking up a heavy, awkward box with my baby in tow. She went out of her way to bring the item to my car and accommodate me, all with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Great customer service is hard to come by these days it seems, so it was certainly greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Very clean organized space with strict security rules…. and Audrey was very helpful and very cheerful and upbeat. Not to mention not hesitant to reach me out to My Movers to help me move my belongings. Moving off college campus made easier.

Friendly staff and affordable rates for rental units! I was able to fit my all of my stuff from a one bedroom apartment in a medium sized unit, and there is still more space to store more things.

STORAGE INN REVIEWS

This facility was immaculate, well lit and extremely secure. Unloading was very easy as there were three large bay. doors and plenty of dollies available in the loading bay. Also, there were selected moving supplies available for purchase in the office. I was greeted immediately upon entering and the manager inquired about my needs, explained my storage options, pricing and procedure patiently with some added tips. Very courteous and professional and I highly recommend this facility for your moving/ storage needs!! I will definitely choose this facility for any future storage needs.

This facility is fantastic. Great location, easy to access, large loading area, carts available, very clean. Really great customer service. The staff are lovely, very responsive to calls and emails, so helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend after having a unit for a year.

The best storage company in HRM! Excellent service, very clean units, affordable, good lighting, and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.

ACCESS STORAGE BEDFORD REVIEWS

Although my plans changed, and I suddenly no longer required monthly storage that I had arranged for, the customer service was great in cancelling and refunding without issue. Most notably, the lady who arranged the original agreement and explained everything (long distance from Ontario) was especially fantastic. She was kind, professional and extremely thorough, which resulted in my full understanding of costs involved, obligations, refund timelines if needed, etc. She in particular was key to my confidence in Access Storage in Bedford, NS. I didn't see the facility in person, though it certainly looked great online. I will likely return to arrange for Fall & Winter vehicle storage.

Super friendly! And informative! Helped give us different opinions and the opportunity to test out the units to insure the items fit! Would definitely recommend!.

The team at this location were really helpful and accommodating when my load-in was delayed. Good prices and nice staff. Highly recommended.
