Our technician, Liam Nixon, is always prompt and on schedule with our quarterly home inspection visits. He is thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and always friendly. If an unanticipated issue arises (hornet nest, ants in the house), Liam is flexible with his schedule to accommodate the home owner’s needs and schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend his services with Rentokil.

Liam Nixon came to spray my yard today for fire ants. He was very friendly and extremely professional. He and his partner did a thorough job following through with spraying the exact areas I had pointed out. The job was done in a very timely manner.

Rentokil has done an outstanding job keeping our business pest free. They are quick to reply to any concerns or questions. Reasonable rates. In a urgent situation, they have never failed us. Highly recommend!

The gentleman , Ron, who looks after this area was so kind, courteous and gave lots of information as to what he was doing and what he was going to do. I would recommend this company in a heart beat. Very informative ,including repairs that would further enhance my pest control strengths. Very personable ,engaging and won my trust so I purchased a one year protection program. Efficient, on time and knowledgeable.

The day after I asked Grace of Orkin to send someone to deal with a hornet's nest, Luis called and arrived 2 hours later as promised. Hornet's nest was swiftly and effectively taken away. Well done to Grace & Luis!

I was working in the yard when Chris called to say he was on the way, an I swear when his yellow Truly Nolan service vehicle pulled in on the property the ants were aware of his presence it was an awesome feeling an I felt they were running for the hills lol. He prepared five buildings an did an intense ant application on one I was very impressed with his knowledge an how quickly my property went from unprotected to protected I will pass his information off to my neighbors an friends very professional.

Everyone was prompt, courteous, clean, quiet, cheerful. Phone and email customer service was excellent. I haven't heard a peep from varmints since the screening was installed several months ago. The deodorizer left my place smelling fresh for a very long time.

Excellent company to deal with, Andrew and his crew are real gentlemen. They service 3 of my properties on time every time hassle free with their annual program. Any issues and they will return to investigate.
