When it was established that we were going to host a small reception after the funeral service, it was my pleasure to meet with Anna (can't remember her last name right now) whose care and attention to our little reception, and us, was better that we had expected. The staff, particularly Connor, was always in the background making sure everything was being tended to and ready to answer any questions, but they were never in the forefront. this made the experience very smooth and organized.
