End of the Roll was excellent. I had put the deposit on my rug months ago (awaiting for my 3 season room completion). Delay and problem after problem caused a couple of delays and they were so accommodating and had no problem with me delaying the installation. The carpet is now installed, and beautiful. The installer and his partner were professional and very nice. Would definitely buy from there again without hesitation.
This is the first time we have used EOTR but we’re very happy with the sales process and the installation. I am happy to recommend them for any carpet purchase and installation.
