I recently had a service at De Stefano Funeral Homes and it was very lovely. They accommodated to everything I wanted like I asked Graham to play my dad’s favorite musics during refreshments. The staff are very professional and polite as I went through the hardest time of my life. They were patient and answered any questions throughout the process. The General Manager Graham is wonderful and I had the pleasure helping me through the whole process. I highly recommend this place as you wont be disappointed. I would recommend this funeral home to everyone. The staff here, were exceptional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Somehow, through their kindness, professionalism and attention, we managed to get through the devastating experience of saying good bye to our beautiful daughter. These people are fantastic! My dad is Scottish and demanded ‘no funeral, cremation, no lingering.’ Typical Scott, God bless his heart an soul. We dealt with Graham, the funeral director, and he took us under his wing. He made us laugh when we though we couldn’t, he allowed me to be beligerant and emotional when I called him the night my dad died, he gave us sound advice about dealing with people when you are grieving, he gave us his personal number … this man is not just a funeral director, he is now my friend.
