Peaceful Transition

We lost my mom yesterday, and this is the first time my sisters and I had to go through this together and deal with all the things that must be done. We had no idea where to start. A close family friend who recently lost her mother in law told us about Peaceful Transition, so we started by phoning Dale. He was genuinely kind, considerate and professional on the phone and immediately put us at ease. Later that day, we met Dale at his beautiful funeral “home”, which really feels more like a home than your typical creepy and intimidating funeral home. He sat down with us and calmly and clearly told us everything he would do to make sure all the necessary paperwork was completed. There was no salesmanship, no guilt thrust upon us, no bull. We even laughed as both Dale and my sisters shared some personal stories. When you are in this situation and don’t know where to turn, you won’t regret trusting Peaceful Transition.

This location brought me peace in a circumstance where I truly believed I would never get any again. Dale is so genuine and kind. He has lifted a weight off of our family & we can’t thank him enough. He makes you feel very seen & heard and has such a gift. 12/10 I can’t imagine any place being able to give this sort of experience & peace.

This time last year I lost Father, my family and I chose peaceful transitions and I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am that we did. Dale is someone I will never forget, he left an every lasting impression on me. He was so supportive through this process and genuinely cared about myself and my family. He became someone I left like I could trust with everything and felt like I had known forever. There is no one else I would have chosen to take care of my dad. Thank you Dale. Thank you.
